ABOUT ANIMAL JUSTICE PROJECT
Animal Justice Project is a UK-based non-profit organisation working to end animal agriculture. Since 2014, we've been confronting systemic animal exploitation through undercover investigations, public education, and impactful campaigns that refuse to look away from the truth. We exist to dismantle an industry that commodifies and kills individuals who want to live. From documenting abuse inside UK farms to empowering activists nationwide, our work is focused, fearless, and uncompromising in its vision: a world free from animal exploitation.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for someone who understands how digital tools can grow and mobilise a movement for animals. You’ll be creative, analytical, and motivated by using your skills to help expand Animal Justice Project’s supporter base and keep people engaged with our work.
In this role, you will be responsible for growing our supporter base through digital handraisers, petitions and creative content, while developing effective supporter journeys that deepen engagement and ultimately generate the income needed to sustain our investigations and campaigns.
You will lead the strategic use of Engaging Networks, our industry-leading CRM platform, ensuring supporter data is well managed, communications are effective, and supporter journeys are optimised for engagement and conversion. This includes building and sending supporter emails that encourage participation, maintaining strong database health, monitoring deliverability, and continually improving performance through data analysis and testing.
This is a dynamic role within a small, high-impact team working in a fast-paced environment. While the role is primarily office hours, occasional flexibility will be required around campaign moments and events. Time in lieu will be provided where appropriate.
