Yesterday, at Great Yarmouth Magistrates’ Court, Innovis Ltd, its CEO and two of their workers arrived for their first hearing. The case was adjourned until next month, where a case management hearing will held.
After 18 months of perseverance, our fight is far from over. When we released our undercover footage inside the Norfolk boar semen farm in December 2024, we wanted justice, and yesterday’s outcome means that we will need to keep pushing for the result that the pigs deserve. Accountability through our legal system takes time, pressure and the people willing to stand beside us through every stage. That includes you.
Because of your support, we’ve got to this point. What we uncovered from behind closed doors has now been acknowledged in a court of law. Whilst this battle continues, we know that what we documented cannot be ignored. For every pig who was trapped inside Innovis’ walls, we will be relentless in our pursuit for justice.
We will continue following the case closely and will update you as it progresses to the next stage. If you would like to help us continue exposing horrors, pursuing accountability and seeking justice, please consider supporting our investigations by donating today.
Thank you for every share, every donation, every message of support, and every moment you stood with us over the last year and a half. Together, we helped bring this case to court, but the battle is not over yet.
As always,
For the animals.
