We aim to dispatch your items within a week of receiving your order but this may not always be possible so please allow 28 days for delivery before contacting us.
Occasionally we may not have the item you’ve ordered in stock, we will contact you via email to inform you of when we will be expecting new stock or to arrange a substitute item or a refund.

within 14 days of receiving your order. Unless an item is faulty or damaged, return postage is not paid by us and is at your own expense. Refund claims are processed within 14 days of receipt of returned items or if we cannot fulfil your order.
All refunds are made via the original method of payment. When returning any items please ask for a proof of posting at the Post Office.A thank you from us!
